Can I order services online?
Yes! You may purchase all of our services on our website. Simply add the service you want by selecting the service, indicating the quantity, and clicking “Add to Bag.” Once you complete the checkout process, this service will be added to your account and can be booked anytime in person at our spa or over the phone at 918-494-8300.
Can I book a service time online?
We currently book appointments over the phone at 918-494-8300 or in person at the spa.
What if I want to buy a service for someone else?
You absolutely can! When purchasing a service, simply fill in the name of the person who will be redeeming the service under “Gift recipient (optional).” Once payment is processed, we will add this service to the recipient’s account and it can be redeemed at any time!
What are subscriptions? How do they work?
If you find yourself purchasing the same product every few weeks, you can save time and money with our subscription option! This option buys you your favorite products every 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks without having to purchase multiple times. When viewing a product online that is eligible for subscriptions, select the “Subscription Interval” that best suits your needs, indicate the quantity, then add to bag. You can choose to pick this product up in our spa at no charge or have it shipped to you for an additional fee. And best of all, you save 15% on each time you receive a product! Your subscription can be changed or cancelled at any time via our website.
How do I search for an item?
To search for an item, click on the magnifying glass icon on the top right hand side of the screen. Type in the product or service name or any keywords related to your search, and hit “enter.” You will then see a list of products matching or relating to your search.
How can I look at the items in my bag?
To view the items you have already added to your “bag,” click on the bag icon on the top right hand corner of the page. An overview of your bag will open to the right of the item you’re currently viewing, and you can click “View bag” to see more, edit your order, or remove items, or click “Checkout” to proceed to payment.
